7 weeks!

Not a whole lot o news to report this week.... Mariana is definitely going through a growth spurt which we know by the many days she sleeps FOREVER followed quickly by a fussy and hungry day. Everyone has been saying lately how big our baby girl is already!! She's already outgrowing the NB size clothes and moving into the 0-3 months sizes! YIKES! Myah didn't do that for several months!
Myah's temperment each day seems to be a direct reflection of her baby sister's fussiness level. Today is a good day, however, and although it is super hot outside we are planning to venture to my dad's pool for a swim. I think I am going to let Mariana try out her new swim pants and try the water too! She loves baths (of course a controlled temperature) Pictures to follow.

The girls enjoyed their first bath together this week too! Myah was definitely pumped. I think they really look alike here:

I am enjoying the garden, and especially think next year will be great. I am learning a few things along the way and by asking others. We are successfully harvesting tomatoes, green onions, letttuce (although it is bitter), zuchini, cucumbers, a few green beans, and apples of course! I am loving having the garden and can't wait to expand next year. We visited our friend, Ben's parents place-they have a hobby farm and HUGE garden. Myah had a BLAST!

Mariana enjoyed her first play date with 3 of mommy's friends who all had baby girls within 8 weeks of each other. Mari is the youngest of the group. I think us mommies had the most fun catching up!

Potty Training is going better again, and Myah is mostly dry and doing better going #2 on the potty. The funniest part is watching her get dressed by herself after she's used the bathroom!!!
