I made Myah a new comforter- we are planning to paint her room sometime in the next couple of weeks I think. Doing what we can to make her feel special as we lead up to new baby coming. It may seem weird, but we've decided to wait until after the baby comes to redecorate the nursery and buy furniture and all that jazz. We want to wait and find out what it is, I guess! And, with Myah, she slept in our room the first 4 or 6 weeks or so, So I figure there's really no rush. We have all the necessities anyway. My first attempt at a sewing project like this, but it went really quite fast. The fuzzy and fur texture patches were the hardest to work with0 the would slip around some and pull a little. Needless to say it's not perfect, but I think Myah will enjoy snuggling up with the yummy textures.
